Malone Roof Bike Racks Review - 2020 Chevrolet Equinox

Hey everyone, Charles here at etrailer and today we're taking a look at the Malone Pilot Roof Mounted Bike Rack on the 2020 Chevrolet Equinox. So this bike rack is going to let you carry weights up to 33 pounds, and it is going to be a front wheel mount which is gonna be my favorite type of mounting option for your bikes because you don't have to clamp anything down to the frame. So it's perfect for your carbon frame bikes and just a lot of different shaped and wheel size bikes. So we're gonna have three top attachment points the front wheel mount, and then a strap on each tire. The construction is made out of aluminum and steel. So it is gonna be very durable last a long time and be rust free and corrosion resistant as well. more

Yakima Roof Bike Racks Review - 2020 Chevrolet Equinox

Hey everyone, Charles here at etrailer. And today we're taking a look at the Yakima HighRoad roof bike rack on the 2020 Chevrolet Equinox. This is your front wheel mount bike rack and I love any bike rack really that holds it by the front wheel, just to avoid clamping down on the frame. Especially good for your carbon fiber frame so you don't warp or damage that. But other than that, you're also gonna have a ratchet strap here for the back tire. They can accommodate your tire widths of up to four inches with a wheel base of up to 48 inches. more
